Covid Safety Guidelines for the 3.5 Star Junior Tournament at the ATC 

 

  1. Players and spectators must wear masks at all times.  Players may remove their mask once on court.
  2. Players and spectators must socially distance by 6 feet.  Only people in the same bubble should sit together at a table or bench. 
  3. The playing schedule will be spaced out more than usual to prevent backlog of players.
  4. A maximum of 2 spectators will be allowed per player, no exceptions.  Siblings would count as a spectator.
  5. No food will be provided.  Players should bring their own snacks and water bottles.
  6. Players should sign in at the ATC welcome desk upon arrival each day and report names of spectators that are with them, answer the COVID questions, and have their temperature taken.  This information will be kept on record for 6 weeks for contact tracing purposes. 
  7. Payment for registration must be made in advance. If you have not paid please call the welcome desk at ATC to make payment prior to the event at 9024233682.
  8. No chairs, benches or score cards on court.
  9. Players and spectators to hand sanitize upon arrival and prior to going on court for a match.
  10. Players and spectators may arrive 15 minutes prior to their match and must leave directly following their match.
  11. Spectators must sit in designated area for their player’s court only.  There will be 6 spectator areas marked off behind each court upstairs for viewing.  There shall be a maximum of 4 spectators and 2 players (while waiting for their match) in each area.
  12. Access to upstairs will be limited to tournament players and spectators for the weekend of the tournament in order to control overall number of people in this area at any one time.
  13. Players who arrive at ATC that are not playing in the tournament will be asked to go directly to their court and not visit the tournament area.
