This bold and forward-looking plan sets out our collective vision to make tennis the most accessible, inclusive, and celebrated sport in Nova Scotia. It reflects months of collaboration, consultation, and commitment across our tennis community from athletes and coaches to clubs, volunteers, and partners.
Inside, you’ll see how we aim to grow the game with more players in more places, strengthen our clubs and coaching system, invest in facility development, and champion excellence at all levels. It’s a rallying cry to work together for a stronger, more connected future in tennis.
Based on this high-level summary of our strategic direction, the Board of Directors and Staff have been given specific tasks, timelines, measurement tools, and assigned responsibilities to ensure accountability and progress.
