The Annual General Meeting of Tennis Nova Scotia (AGM) will be held virtually via video/teleconference (see registration instructions below) on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 7:00 pm (Atlantic Time).
Members of Tennis Nova Scotia that would like to attend the Meeting must first register for the meeting by emailing info@tennisnovascotia.com, with the subject line “AGM Registration”, on or before March 15, 2023.
Please include in the body of the email your full name, member club affiliation (or if you are an individual member), and your phone number. Once your membership has been verified, a reply to your email with the instructions required to join the AGM and the AGM Report will be sent on or before March 20, 2023.
The AGM Report will include the following: the agenda, minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting, CEO, Chair, and Committee Reports, and fiscal 2021-22 financial statements.
Please note that as per the By Laws passed in June 2020, that all members may attend the meeting, but only the designated voting delegate from Member Organizations shall be entitled to vote at the AGM. The sitting President of the Member organization will be contacted to either be the person responsible for voting or to record the voting delegate who is to represent and vote for the Member Organization at the AGM prior to the meeting.
