We have received a few inquiries recently about the state of the bubble and any potential plans moving forward to address it.
While we pride ourselves on maintaining an industry leading facility stressing innovation and inclusivity, we are well aware that the bubble is not the quality standard that we set for ourselves and our users.
Our goal is to replace the bubble as soon as possible. The replacement is a priority but as you can imagine, there are many factors outside of our control which affect this timeline.
In the meantime, we have increased our deep cleaning from an external company, we have increased cleaning hours on weekends, and will have a cleaning plan in place in the next few weeks to specifically target the bottom section of the bubble interior. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us and please continue to do so as we work to improve the overall player experience at the SATC.
